West Union, WV – The Doddridge County Heritage & Arts Festival invites everyone to join them in “Embracing Your Heritage” and to “Celebrate the Arts” during their annual fall event on September 30th and October 1st.

Two full days of activities and events with Crafters, Vendors and Musicians will be held at the “Old Middle Island Grade School” on Route 18 South, six miles from Route 50 towards Glenville.

A Benefit Car Show on September 30th with Trophies for the Top 22 Cars, Top 3 Trucks as well as 5 “SPECIAL” entries will have a $10 fee to register your vehicle from 9 am till Noon. Then Showtime will be from Noon till 4 pm.

Demonstrations of Skilled Heritage Trades will be one of the featured activities in addition to Live Entertainment and a Silent Auction. A Bake Sale, 50/50 Drawing and Raffles will raise money to be donated to School Day Plus, L.E.A.D. & the Doddridge County Heritage & Arts Festival.

Historical DVD’s and Books will be on sale at this memory making event. Admission is One Non-Perishable food item per person. (Food will be donated to local food pantries).

Bring a blanket or a lawn chair: come out and have fun!
