in Doddridge County?
Please list your damage along with estimates for repair/replacement on a sheet of paper with your name, address of the damage, telephone number, and other contact information (present address and telephone number if different, email address if available) and send to

Photos would be helpful also, but are not necessary. FEMA requires ID Numbers (such as Social Security Number) also when help is given, so you may be contacted for yours at a later date. For privacy reasons, it is not being asked for at this time.
Keep a copy and bring it with you to the Doddridge County Commission meeting on February 19th, at 4:30 PM at the Doddridge County Courthouse. Flood issues are on the agenda for this meeting and FEMA, WV Department of Highways, WV DEP, Doddridge County Health Department, and others are being asked to send representatives.
The Commission intends to upgrade the estimate of Doddridge County damage and loss in the flood. With your help and estimates being turned in ahead of time, it will enable totals to be prepared prior to the meeting.
