The Trillium Arts Guild, Inc., announces the 5th annual spring event:
West Virginia’s Family Arts Market
Saturday, May 1, 2010 10 AM to 6 PM (Set-up 8-10 AM) and Sunday May 2, 2010, noon to 5 PM
Doddridge County Middle School, Between West Union & Salem, WV on US Rt. 50
The Trillium Arts Guild is a nonprofit organization that promotes and encourages the artisans of Doddridge County and the surrounding area. We hope to share our knowledge, skills, and talents with both residents and visitors to our area. Some of us work in the traditional crafts that reflect the rich heritage of West Virginia, while others explore new and original art forms. We want to include as many artisans as possible.
The show will be free to the public and will be held in the Doddridge County Middle School. Note the change of location!! Musicians will be performing throughout the weekend, there will be craft demonstrators, living history, storytelling and food vendors will be present.
The show will be advertised on the internet and in newspapers, on television and radio throughout North Central West Virginia.
Fee $50 per exhibit space for non-members; $30 for members
1. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. No commercially manufactured items purchased from wholesalers or kits will be allowed.
2. Completed form and fee must be received by April 4. All participants must be present for the duration of the show. Please send 3 updated photos of your work with your entry form or email them to KarenLane@aol.com.
3. Inside exhibit spaces are approx. 8’ x 10’. All spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis; however, those needing electricity must be along a wall. Outside spaces are 10’ x 10’ (limited access to electricity outside).
4. One 8’ table and two chairs will be provided to inside exhibitors. No table covers will be provided. Those needing electricity must bring a sturdy extension cord.
5. All participants must register upon arrival.
Please respond as early as possible so that your information might be included in our advertising.
Liability: The exhibit hall will be locked when not open to the public. Exhibitors are responsible for any excessive damage to the exhibit area. Neither the Trillium Arts Guild nor the Doddridge County School District will be responsible for loss or damage from any cause. No insurance will be provided. Entry into this show confirms and accepts this agreement. The Trillium Arts Guild and the Doddridge County School Board are not liable for personal injury or any damage to vehicles or personal property.
All monies collected, as well as the tax liability for it, belong to the individual exhibitor.

Late registrations will be accepted, if there is space available, along with a $20 late fee until April 25.
