CALLING ALL ARTISTS
The Trillium Arts Guild will have an art exhibit in conjunction with the WV Family Arts Market scheduled for May 1 and 2, 2010 at the Doddridge County Middle school on Rt. 50 east of West Union, WV.
An artist's choice award will be given from votes of the participating artisans at the WV Family Arts Market. Art may be any media and must be the original work of the artist. The work should be identified on the back with the artist's name, address, phone number, type of media and price. if for sale. If sold, a 25% commission will be deducted from the selling price. The guild reserves the right to reject any work unsuitable for family viewing. Artwork must be dropped off between 8 am and 9:30am on Saturday, May 1 at the main entrance of the Doddridge County Middle School and be picked up no later than 5:30 pm on Sunday, May 2.
Anyone who could also provide an easel or pedestal to display their work would be greatly appreciated. Please call 304-758-4248 or e-mail mreynolds8@wildblue.net for more information and to reserve a spot so we may plan for sufficient display space.
